The Honors Debate Team at the University of Houston is proud to announce the first UH Honors Debate Workshop “HDW” to be held at the University of Houston from July 7 through July 19. This is a premier debate workshop with top faculty from around the country teaching competitive debate to high schoolers. The two-week debate program will offer the following forms of debate with both residential and commuter options: Policy/Cross-Examination Debate Lincoln-Douglas Debate Public Forum Debate Worlds Schools Debate Congressional Debate The one week Individual Events workshop is open to commuters only. It will run from July 7-13. The workshop is inclusive for all who want to participate and will be working with Urban Debate League students to help mitigate any barriers that tuition may pose for their participation. Questions?
